Hi everyone :)
I hope this post finds you having a beautiful morning or restful evening. My Thankful project this year focused on the number one thing I am thankful for always, without question, my family and my life. Without my family, I could not live the life I love and without the people in my life, I could not be thankful.
This year my family has had its trials and tribulations and we are ready for some peace and harmony. When you face a challenge in life, you can do one of two things, question it and wish it didn't happen or move on and take what every new day brings you. Going forward, we are eating up the new days and hoping everyone of them gets better as we live this life together, truly thankful that we have each other to lean on, to make it to the next new one.
I chose a piece that reflected my family, my hobbies and some things I hold dear to my heart, I hope you enjoy it :)
Because this project was so close to me, it also became my new favorite thing in my Art Studio, hanging above my faithful cork-board and below my dangling bottles that swing in the
door way...
Items used: 7 Gypsies tray, Art paper from Art supply warehouse, Jenni Bowlin misc., Tim Holtz misc. and other random goodness. Feel free to shoot me an email if you have questions.
Thanks for stopping by today, come back tomorrow for Julie's project.
Kristin xx
