Butterfly greeting
I think you can never have too many birthday cards on hand so I made yet another one the other day. I used some October Afternoon papers for the card.
I used a fiskars scalloped border punch for the starred paper. Each paper got inked on the edges to add a distressed look. I used a large circle of creamy cardstock to be the background for my stamped butterfly (Hero Arts). The sentiment at the bottom is from Stampendous.

Banners, Doilies, Butterflies & Flowers
Hello, Diana here with a very girly layout.
I wanted to make a layout that was both pretty and sweet to match the birthday girls personality, so I decided to use My Minds Eye's Miss Caroline paper.
The left page is a pocket page protector from We R Memory Keepers and the right is a regular 8.5x11 page protector.
The doilies is from an Etsy shop that does no longer sell them and the crocheted flowers are from Prima Flowers, Brads from Crate.
To make the banner I used a small scallop circle punch, folded them in half and stapled them to a piece of cotton twine.
I hope you all have a great day.

Simples!
I'm afraid I haven't got much to share today as we're busy sorting and packing ready for our holidays, but I have made these notelets these week so thought I would share them :)
I picked up some very detailed Scottie stamps which I absolutely adore, but it's difficult to think what to put with them because they're so detailed. I decided that I could make a really simple set of notelets by stamping the image onto small cards in Archival Ink - simples!
I've also posted at The Stamp Attic blog today (here's a sneak peek) so please say hi to me there if you manage to visit :)
I won't be blogging here for a few weeks while I'm off on my hols so will wish you a great summer! :)

Sssh! It's a secret...
Ok, I have to admit, I saw the little Prima key in the glass box and I totally started singing 'The Key The Secret' by Urban Cookie Collective (very cheesy nineties dance tune!)
I've also posted at The Stamp Attic today, and would love for you to visit me there too :) here's my sneak peek!
