Hello, Diana here with my first
post of the year, I think it is
wonderful that our craft has a huge variety of online classes, I like the
inspiration and motivation I get from the talented instructors and there is
always something new to learn.
Today I’ll share a few layouts I
made in a couple of online classes I took last year.
From Amy Tan’s The Good Life at
Big Picture Classes. We did a project a week for a month and learned how to do
her famous reverse appliqué on T-shirts, here is a layout I made from that
class.
I’ve heard a lot of Shimelle and
wanted to try one of her classes, so I signed up for Pretty Paper Party.
We were encouraged to use
different papers from our stash.
And to Mix colors and patterns we usually would not.
This was a 24 day class; it was fun to receive daily emails filled with sketches and incredibly creative ideas from the team she put together.
The class did put a dent in my existing
supplies and I scrapbooked a lot of photos.
Last but not least, Journey to
Happiness by Lisa Day; this is an ongoing class at Big Picture Classes so I’ll
have more to share later.
Are there any online classes you would like to recommend us? share in the comment section bellow :)
Wishing you the best and especially a lot of creative moments for this year 2012, till next time

I love the glimpses into the layouts from the online classes. Such an inspiration to join!
Hey Diana ~ Great recap of your class projects here! Classes for me? I've been leaning more toward online photography classes, but I'm feeling the pull toward some good ol' scrapbooking classes in the new year.
Happy new year to you, my dear! xo
I signed up for one on how to use my Photoshop elements. I also signed up for Lisa Day's but haven't had time to really get involved. Too much going on right now.
Lovely projects Di as always. I'm gonna have to check out a few classes and get on it! kxx
