This is the time of year we really reflect on what we have to be thankful for. One of those things I am thankful for is scrapbooking and all the crafts, supplies and people that go along with it. A group of people is joining me today, and tomorrow, to share projects that all have the word ‘thank’ on them.

In addition to seeing a lot of awesome creations, there is some blog candy available too. If you comment on everyone’s bloghop post you will be entered to win the goodies. You don’t have to become a follower of the ‘Afternoon Scrapper’ blog too, but it would be great if you did. The prize is a mix of paper, stickers, mists, stencils stickers and more as pictured here:

And now my project; this is a mini album I made with last years Thanksgiving photos, I used the Portofolio Binding technique that I found in this book: "Bookcraft by Heather Weston", this is a great book for those of you who like to make your own albums.

For this project I used Crate's Farmhouse paper collection. For the title American Crafts Thickers and assorted Ribbon.

The album is divided in three parts.

Because I was only going to use 4X6 photos I added a Tim Holtz Ring Binder in the middle of the album and used page protectors from American Crafts. I decorated a 4X6 card to use as a cover sheet.

I also included an envelope for the DVD of the video I made from the event.

My journal is hidden behind a Donna Downey canvas tag from Prima marketing.
